Hillside Hut is a charming, newly developed accommodation situated in a secluded area on a smallholding in rural Derbyshire. This hut offers privacy, stunning countryside views, and its own driveway with dedicated parking. Positioned to capture magnificent sunsets, it provides a calm and stylish retreat. Ideal for those who enjoy nature, there are numerous countryside walks accessible from the front door and dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

Accessed via a wooden five-bar gate marked ‘Hillside Hut,’ guests will find a designated parking area near the rear of the farm. The hut, located on one level, is cosy and comfortable with a raised double bed offering scenic views through bi-fold doors. It features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge, a shower room, a sofa, and a dining table.

Outside, the hut boasts a private patio and garden area with far-reaching views. Guests can use the outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided), and a fire pit (initial supply of logs and firelighters provided, further supplies available for purchase). A hot tub is also available for use throughout the stay. Dogs are welcome, though a surcharge applies.

The host and their family live on the farm with their working dogs, but the hut is located separately within its own secure grounds, ensuring guests’ privacy and tranquillity.
