The 330 is the entry point to the entire Lillevilla range. At 3.3m by 2.5m, it is the smallest and most affordable cabin they make, but it still ships with 44mm log walls, double glazing, and an EPDM mono pitch roof. The 8.25 square metre interior is compact, suited to a focused workspace for one, a reading room, or a small creative studio.
This is the cabin for gardens where space or budget rule out anything larger. It shares the same build quality and component specification as models costing twice as much, just in a smaller shell. The two long fixed windows and double doors prevent it from feeling boxed in despite the modest dimensions. As a first step into garden room ownership, or as a secondary building alongside a larger cabin, the 330 makes a strong case for itself.
We love that the smallest cabin in the range does not compromise on specification. Same 44mm logs, same double glazing, same EPDM roof as the big models.
