The 335 is the second smallest cabin in the Lillevilla studio range, at 3.3m by 3m. Just under 10 square metres is tight, but it is enough for a single desk, a bookshelf, and a chair. This is a focused workspace cabin for one person, not a multi purpose room, and that specificity is its strength. It does one thing and fits where larger buildings cannot.
The near square proportions give it a more balanced feel than its footprint might suggest. Double doors and two fixed windows keep the interior bright, and the mono pitch EPDM roof matches the contemporary studio look of the larger 300 series models. At under £7,000, the 335 is an affordable way to move a home office out of the spare bedroom and into the garden.
We love the restraint. In a market that constantly upsells to bigger, the 335 proves that a single person garden office does not need 20 square metres.
