Inside, the lodge boasts a king-size bed, double sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and log burner. With only two lodges on the site, guests can enjoy a tranquil setting with free off-road parking, trout fishing, and beautiful countryside walks.

The lodge welcomes one dog for an additional charge of £30. Guests can partake in trout fishing using their own barbless hook equipment, practising catch and release at the lodge’s pond.

The wood-fired hot tub, which can be pre-lit for an extra £30, accommodates two adults and takes 2-4 hours to heat, depending on the season. Logs are available for purchase on-site, with a complimentary small net of kindling provided. Guests are encouraged to use kiln-dried logs, which heat the water more efficiently.

Bedding for the sofa bed is available upon request, and guests are reminded to keep their dogs off the bed and not leave them unattended. Additional dogs may be accommodated upon prior arrangement with the hosts.
