Constructed from a durable shipping container, the housing unit features high-quality insulation with sprayed closed-cell polyurethane foam (80-100 mm) and mineral wool (50 mm) to enhance energy efficiency, boasting a heat transfer coefficient of U 0.16-0.30 W/(m²•K).

The interior incorporates a sleek interior design with a vinyl panel finish, 10 cm MDF baseboard, and robust kitchen fixtures. Equipped with IKEA EKESTAD + METOD kitchen cabinets, it includes modern appliances such as a 91L fridge-freezer, two-burner induction hob, and microwave oven with grill.

Comfort is paramount, featuring underfloor heating compatibility and a 5 kW air-conditioning unit with heating capabilities. A concealed conduit system for electrical wiring enhances aesthetic appeal, while plumbing is managed through heat-fusion welded PP pipes and hidden drainpipes.
