Measuring 29.8 m² with exterior dimensions of 2.44 x 12.19 x 2.89 m, this 40ft container home boasts an insulated structure, featuring sprayed closed-cell polyurethane foam with a thickness of 80-100 mm, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency. The walls are further enhanced with 50 mm of mineral wool insulation, achieving a U-value of 0.16-0.18 W/(m²•K) for superior energy conservation.

The unit is outfitted with a concealed conduit electrical wiring system, premium switches, sockets, and a plumbing system utilising heat fusion welded PP pipes. A 5kW air-conditioning unit provides heating and cooling, while underfloor heating compatibility ensures year-round comfort.

THE RÓISÍN includes stylish IKEA EKESTAD and METOD kitchen cabinets, equipped with a microwave oven, 91L fridge-freezer, two-burner induction hob, extractor fan, and a single chamber sink. Noteworthy features also include triple-glazed windows with a heat transfer coefficient of Ug = 0.7 W/(m²•K) and options for burglar-resistant or anti-solar glazing.

Additionally, the container’s aesthetic can be enhanced with various cladding options, all finished with durable polyurethane paint, providing both luxury and resilience. This expertly crafted tiny home offers a practical solution for modern living without compromising on style or comfort.
