The 355 is where the Lillevilla studio range steps up from garden office to multi purpose room. At 6m by 4m, the 23 square metre footprint is large enough for a home gym, a music room, or a combined office and lounge space. Optional partition walls can divide the interior into two rooms, adding flexibility that the smaller 300 series models lack. The mono pitch EPDM roof and 44mm log walls remain consistent across the range.
An optional 3m by 4m canopy extension is available, effectively doubling the covered outdoor area and creating a sheltered transition between garden and cabin. At under £10,000 for the base kit, the 355 competes well against purpose built garden rooms costing two to three times as much, though owners should budget for insulation and interior finishing on top of the kit price.
We love that a partition wall can split this into two distinct rooms. That turns it from a big garden office into something closer to a genuine ancillary dwelling.
