The Niamh is a sophisticated 20ft Tiny Home on Wheels, designed for versatility and comfort, making it an ideal solution for various living and working needs. With a spacious footprint of 14.8 m² and dimensions of 2.44m x 6.06m x 2.89m (H), it offers a compact yet functional space. The cabin features robust vinyl panels with a 10cm MDF base board, alongside comprehensive insulation comprising sprayed closed-cell polyurethane foam (80-100mm) and 50mm mineral wool for optimal thermal efficiency (U-values of 0.16-0.18 W/(m²•K) for walls and 0.30 W/(m²•K) for the floor).

Externally, the container is treated with durable polyurethane paint and can be customised with a variety of cladding options. The innovative design includes a concealed electrical and plumbing system, ensuring a clean aesthetic with efficient functioning. Triple-glazed windows offer enhanced thermal performance (Ug = 0.7 W/(m²•K)), with additional safety features available upon request.

The internal layout incorporates quality IKEA EKESTAD + METOD kitchen cabinets, a microwave oven, a 91L fridge-freezer, a two-burner induction hob, and a single chamber sink with tap. The Niamh also boasts compatibility with underfloor heating and includes a 3.5kW air-conditioning unit with a heating function, making it an ideal year-round living solution.
